Hoboken artist: Peter Diaz ‘A humanitarian, a poet, a true artist, and a visionary‘
Peter Diaz is a born-and-raised Hobokenite. Over the years, he has transformed the house in which he grew up into a bastion of style and his own experiences.
“I style hair for a living, but that’s not how I describe myself,” said Diaz. “I’m a humanitarian, a poet, a true artist, and a visionary.”
“The reason I don’t display is because my paintings are a part of my emotional beliefs,” he said. “People are allowed to visit and take a look at my paintings, but I don’t want to leave them anywhere else or put them anywhere but in my home, because this is where I was born and raised.”
People interested in seeing Diaz’ art should call strictly after 7 p.m. (201) 417-3588.
